One-to-One Coaching.

LiamLifts one-to-one coaching is for those who really want to take their standard of training to the next level. For those who want to set ambitious goals and chase them down relentlessly. We set out a roadmap and work together to manifest those goals into reality. This is how we do it:

Weekly check-In

We'll take a look at the starting point, looking at your aims and aspirations, and then we'll set a weekly check in to make sure you get the feedback you need to on your plan.

Personalised nutrition plan

Together we will build out a personalised nutrition plan based on your dietary requirements and preferences. This if adhered to will give you the structure required to achieve your ideal physique.

Personalised workout plan

Using knowledge and experience gained over 10+ years of training, you will be provided with a bespoke training plan tailored to your goals. This will take into account your training environment and maximise results from the equipment you have available.

Expert advice and support

I don’t just talk the talk, I walk the walk and lead by example. I treat my clients goals with the respect they are worth and will always be on hand to offer guidance and advice on any coaching related struggles.

Daily messaging service

Communication between me and my clients is open 24/7. The more you are messaging me, sending form clips and asking detailed questions about the process the better. And you will always be responded to that same day.

Quarterly in-person coaching session

A one-to-one session booked in with me every quarter, in these sessions we will not only push you to your limit but also delve into where you have been winning and where you have been falling short. You get hands on experience on training standards and many other benefits from this in person review.
